 96 Minutes =  4 - 20 minute Silver sessions with 16 minutes left over or 2 - 12 minute Gold sessions
192 Minutes =  9 - 20 minute Silver sessions with 12 minutes left over or 4 - 12 minute Gold sessions
288 Minutes = 14 - 20 minute Silver sessions with 8 minutes left over or 6 - 12 minute Gold sessions
384 Minutes = 19 - 20 minute Silver sessions with 4 minutes left over or 8 - 12 minute Gold sessions
